Community Resource Centers
The mission of Community Resource Centers (CRCs) is to build relationships and serve the community by meeting physical needs. Distributing resources such as food and clothing provides opportunities for deeper conversations about life, family and God's love.CRCs consist of three larger hubs and numerous smaller satellite centers. The main hubs (Caring Ministries, Tucson; Rio Vista Center, Phoenix; Casa de Amor, Mesa) serve their local communities and handle larger volumes of resources in partnership with food banks and other community agencies.
The hubs also help supply the smaller satellite centers, which serve their respective communities on a smaller scale through local churches or ABCS ministry offices. Centers also help clients obtain additional resources such as SNAP (food stamps), AHCCCS and employment.
