Arms of Love is blessed by our faith-based partnerships. Our partnerships listed below are both churches that have graciously allowed us to use their space as an Arms of Love office, and businesses who have come alongside us in different ways to honor God in everything we do to impact the community for Christ. Arizona Shine Radio (Northern Region) - Arizona Shine Radio has come alongside Arms of Love in the mission to spread the word about the need for foster care in Arizona. They have graciously sponsored events geared towards reaching the community on the call to care for the widow, the orphan, and the fatherless, and they continue to be a key partner in sharing the ministry of foster care, as well as inspiring others to pursue a personal relationship with Christ.
Pearson Eye Care Group (Central Region) - The Pearson family became licensed through Arms of Love for foster care in early 2014. Since then, their company, Pearson Eye Care Group, has partnered in Arms of Love in a variety of ways: sponsoring events, fundraisers, etc. We are very grateful for this partnership, as well as the friendship of the Pearson family.
Arms of Love is also grateful to partner with churches across the state who generously host not only offices for foster care and adoption services, but space for pregnancy centers, and offer rooms for counseling offices. A few churches have offered entire buildings to house our key regional locations, which include space for ABCS resource centers, parent aide visitation rooms and administrative offices.
Calvary Baptist Church, Lake Havasu City (Northern Region) - In August of 2016, Calvary Baptist Church in Lake Havasu City graciously invited Arms of Love to share space at their campus as an office to provide foster care and adoption services out of. Through this partnership, we have been able to begin services in Mohave county, providing a Christian agency for Christian families to work with to bring hope and care to hurting children and families in their own communities. Central Phoenix Community Church (Central Region) -ABCS moved its Phoenix office to Central Phoenix Community Church in early 2016 (formerly Mission Drive Baptist). The move included a full renovation of a 10,700-square-foot two-story building, allowing us to serve and engage the community in more ways than before. In a short time, ABCS has already partnered with Central Phoenix Community Church for a number of community outreach events. Christian Challenge, NAU Campus (Nothern Region) - Christian Challenge is a college club located at various campuses across the United States, with a mission to engage college students with the gospel, develop disciples of Christ, and mobilize servant leaders for the church. In 2015, the Christian Challenge division at Northern Arizona University graciously offered Arms of Love space in their building to begin providing foster care and adoption services to Coconino county. Emmanuel Baptist Church, Tucson (Southern Region) – Emmanuel Baptist Church first invited ABCS to be on their campus over 15 years ago. This became the first regional office of ABCS and has since grown to become the Statewide Operations office. In addition to supporting ABCS, Emmanuel has established a ministry focus of reaching into the community. Once a month they open their doors to the homeless for showers, laundry and other services.First Southern Baptist Church, Prescott Valley (Northern Region) - In 2015, FSBC Prescott Valley opened their doors to Arms of Love so that we could begin providing foster care and adoption services out of their chapel building. Due to this gracious act, ABCS has been able to facilitate not only these services, but also Parent Aide services for Yavapai county. FSBC Prescott Valley has been an essential partner in bringing awareness of the need for foster families throughout Northern Arizona.
Corona Baptist Church - Corona Baptist has been partnering with Arms of Love for a number of years. Arms of Love started providing services out of this office in early 2018. We are beyond grateful to Corona for opening their campus to us as we grow in serving our East Valley community.
Immanuel Southern Baptist Church, Yuma (Southwest Region) - When a charter school vacated the campus of Immanuel Southern Baptist Church after 15 years, the church began praying about how empty buildings could be used for God's glory. In 2016 Immanuel invited ABCS to move its offices onto the church campus so that together, we could be a stronger presence in the community. Ministries at this location now include pregnancy center, foster care, parent aide, counseling, leader care and a community resource center.
Pinal County Cowboy Church (Central Region) - The Cowboy Church, located in Casa Grande, opened up their doors to ABCS many years ago. When their grew to be a high need for foster families in Pinal county, the Cowboy Church offered space in their building for Arms of Love to begin providing foster care and adoption services to the community. In addition to these services, ABCS also offers counseling services from this office.
